General Terms

These General Terms govern the use of the SiberWisata customer portal and the Email Protection service (the “Service”) provided by PT Sawah Cyber Security (“Sawah Cyber”, “we”) to the organisation on whose behalf you accept them (the “Customer”).

1. The Service

The Service monitors security-relevant activity in the Customer’s email accounts (sign-ins, mailbox rules, forwarding, delegation, third-party app access, administrative changes and provider security alerts) and raises incidents when suspicious patterns are detected. The Service is read-only: it does not send, delete or modify email or account settings.

2. Customer responsibilities

• The Customer confirms it is authorised to grant monitoring access to the connected domains and accounts.
• The Customer keeps its portal accounts secure and informs us promptly of any suspected misuse.
• The Customer informs its users, where required by law, that security monitoring is in place.

3. Access and permissions

Access is granted through the provider’s official mechanisms (Google domain-wide delegation or OAuth consent, Microsoft admin consent). The Customer may revoke access at any time, which stops monitoring.

4. Data retention

Security events are retained for up to 400 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Audit records of configuration changes are retained for the duration of the contract.

5. Availability and limitations

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that every malicious activity will be detected. The Service complements, and does not replace, the Customer’s own security measures.
